Directions:
In a large bowl mix the dressing ingredients together. Drain the chicken if using canned, add the chicken and other ingredients and toss gently till well coated with the dressing. Don’t stir, toss or the chicken will break up to much and the salad will become mushy. Chill until serving.

Apples & Grapes
Add ½ cp thinly sliced celery, ½ cp halved red grapes, ½ cp diced apple and ¼ cp craisins.

Southwest Chicken Salad
Add 3 Tbls of lime juice and ½ tsp of chili powder to the dressing. Use cilantro instead of parsley. Add 1 cp black beans and ½ cp corn

Apples & Radishes
Leave the parsley out of the dressing. Add ¼ cp sliced radishes (4-5), ¾ cp diced apple, ¾ cp watercress or baby arugula.
