Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 oz bottle of ranch dressing
1/3 of a bunch of cilantro with stems chopped off
1 jalapeno (if you don’t like it spicy, remove the seeds)
1 tsp lime juice
1 garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
Dump the bottle of Ranch into your blender or food processor. Clean the jalapeno of seeds and ribs. Avoid touching the cut edges, seeds or inside of the jalapeno because the oils will get on your fingers and cause you great distress if you touch your nose, eyes or any other sensitive areas. Even if you wash your hands it may not all come off, I speak from experience.

Toss the jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and garlic clove into the blender or food processor and pulse until all is well combined. Store in the refrigerator.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I usually use 2 jalapenos and double the cilantro because I love the stuff.
