Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bottle root beer extract
5 lb sugar
5 gallons water
5 lbs dry ice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3 gallons of water with the root beer extract and sugar. Stir well. Add the final 2 gallons of water and the dry ice. The dry ice will cause it to begin bubbling and smoking so be prepared.

It should sit with the dry ice in it for an hour or so, this allows the dry ice to carbonate the root beer and get it nice and cold.

Personal Notes:
I love this!! However it makes a LOT and it doesn't last longer than about 24 hrs so you need to be serving a large group.
