Directions:
Activate the yeast in ¼ cp lukewarm water.

Beat the eggs on high 2 minutes – lower the mixer speed and slowly add the sugar, salt, milk and hot water mixing the whole time. Stir in the active yeast.

Start adding the flour 1 cp at a time till you’ve stirred in 6 cps of flour. Place on a floured surface and knead for about 3 min. Dough should be a little sticky.

Spray your hands with cooking spray. Rub some flour on your rolling pin and roll the dough out to ¼” thick rectangle. Spread with soft butter, fold the dough over and roll out again – spread with butter, fold over and roll out – roll one last time to ½” thickness. Cut into 2” squares, place in a greased muffin tin on its side so that the layers are facing up.

Cover with a damp cloth and let them raise in a warm location for 3 hours.

Bake at 375* for 10 min or until golden brown.
