7 oz cooked salmon - be sure to carefully clean out the bits of bone and skin if you use canned
1 (8oz) pkg light cream cheese (room temp)
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Milk
1 1/2 tsp Dill Weed
1/4 Cup thinly sliced green onions
1 box of your favorite crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the salmon and make sure there aren’t any bones in it. Mash cream cheese with lemon juice, milk, & dill weed, together with a fork until light and fluffy. Stir in salmon & onions until thoroughly mixed. Chill several hours before serving. Serve with your favorite cracker. I love Wheat Thins Fiber Select crackers
