1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 c. butter
3 eggs, use one at a time
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Frosting:
1 stick butter
1T. vanilla
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
2 lbs. powdered sugar
2-4 Tbsp. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavorings. Sift together dry ingredients. Blend in 2 cups at a time. Chill for one hour. Roll 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick Cut into shapes. Bake in a 350º oven for 9-12 minutes on ungreased pans
Frosting:
Cream the cream cheese and butter together. Add powdered sugar slowly. Add vanilla and milk until desired consistency.
