4-6 Packages Buddig Beef
1-2 tbsp. Butter
1-2 tbsp. Flour
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Shop the beef into squares

Melt butter in pan

Add beef and stir to lightly brown

Sprinkle flour over beef until the butter in the bottom of the pan is absorbed and cook for a few minutes (this will rid of the raw flour taste)

Add milk slowly, a little at a time to thicken, keep adding milk until you reach the consistency desired
