1 can (14 ounces) creamed corn
1/2 cup milk
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1-1/2 tablespoons finely diced onion
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine creamed corn with 1/2 cup milk. Add cracker crumbs, onion, seasonings. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes. Middle of dish should puff up slightly.
