1 pound bulk sangsage
1 pound regular bacon
1 =8 oz. cream cheese
1 loaf thin sliced bread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and add cream cheese. Mix together
Remove crust from about 25 bread slices. Cut the bread slices in half.
Spread the cream cheese/sausage mixture on each bread slice. Roll up and wrap 1/3 of bacon slice around the bread and secure with a toothpick.
Continue until all sausage mixture is used.
Bake at 375 degrees about 15 minutes .. Turn each one over and bake on the other side for about 15 minutes until bacon is done Serve warm. YUMMY!

Every time I take these somewhere someone ask for the recipe. They can be made the day before and baked the morning you are taking them somewhere or serving them. I bake them and put them into my casserole carrying heated container and they travel well. Enjoy
