2 c. Vodka
2 c. water
4 c. sugar
1 c. instant coffee
1 vanilla bean

Directions:
Boil water and mix in sugar and coffee. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool. When cool, add Vodka and pour all into a 1/2 gallon jug or a bottle. Add the vanilla bean and cap tightly. Let stand for 30 days. Then remove the vanilla bean. It is now ready to serve.
