1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 can shoepeg corn
1 jar chopped pimento
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup green pepper chopped ( I used a combination of red, green, yellow and orange peppers)
1 4 oz. can diced mild green chilles

Bring the following to a boil until sugar dissolves and pour over above ingredients:
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. water
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar

Make it a day ahead if you can so all the flavors come together. It makes a big batch and freezes nicely.
