2 c sugar
2 eggs
4 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c can milk and vinegar to top it off (1/4 c)
1/2 tsp lemon or almond extract (optional)
