2 c crushed pretzels
3/4 cube of butter
2 tbls sugar

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c granulated sugar
12 oz cool whip

2 c boiling water
2 small pkg of rasp jello
2- 10 oz pkg of frozen raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pretzels, sugar, and butter into the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 400º for 8 min.

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and coolwhip until smooth and creamy. When the pretzel crust has cooled, top with this cream cheese mixture.

Mix the water, jello, and raspberries and set for 10 minutes. Then pour over the top of the cream cheese mixture.

Set overnight or for several hours.

You can use any flavor of jello and fruit combination. Raspberry is my personal favorite, but strawberry, peach, orange, are all excellent as well!
