1 bottle white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling or Pinot Grigio)
2/3 cup white sugar
3 oranges, sliced into wedges
1 lemon, sliced into wedges
1 lime, sliced into wedges
2 ounces brandy (optional)
1/2 liter ginger ale or club soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour wine in the pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the orange, lemon and lime into the wine. Add the brandy, if desired.
2. Add the sugar and toss in the fruit wedges, taking the seeds out first. Chill overnight.
3. Add the ginger ale just before serving.
