1/2 lb salami
1/2 lb pepperoni
1 lb mozzarella and/or provolone
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 can artichokes
1 jar pitted Kalamata olives
1 jar sliced green olives
yellow/orange/red peppers
1 bottle Italian dressing
Basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meats. Dice cheese. Half tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
Cut peppers and artichokes into bite sized pieces.
Mix everything but the basil together and refrigerate at least one hour.
Chiffonade basil leaves and toss with salad just before serving.
