1 pre-baked pie crust
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup flour
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
3 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook syrup, milk and flour in double boiler until thick and creamy. Add egg yolks and cook 2 minutes longer. Add vanilla. Pour into a baked pie shell. Beat egg whites, add sugar, and put on top of filling. Bake in a slow oven, 300º for 15-20 minutes.
