2 cup ground suet
2 cup bread crumbs
2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup brown sugar
2 cup raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 cup molasses
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
2 T flour
3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, add molasses. Cook in cloth sack. (wet cloth first.) Flour cloth on one side. Pour pudding into cloth. Tie up with string, but not tight. Drop in boiling water. Keep boiling on medium heat. Boil 2 hours (1/2 recipe - 1 1/2 hours).

Sauce:
Melt ingredients together. Add boiling water till thick as gravy.
