2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 T mustard seed
1 T liquid smoke
2 T Morton tender quick salt
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well; make into 2 rolls and wrap in aluminum foil. Chill for 24 hours; bake (unwrapped) in broiler pan in a 350º oven for 1 hour. Cool and re-wrap and store in refrigerator.
