2 cup cooked rice
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 cup cooked meat, diced
2 cup cooked mixed vegetables
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 T worcestershire sauce
3 T flour
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients well and press into a 9 inch pie plate like a crust. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour into pie shell. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350º. Use broccoli with chicken, mixed vegetables with beef or peas and carrots with ham.
