2 cup milk
1/3 cup honey
4 tsp. salt
3 cakes yeast
2 cup lukewarm water
10 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk; add honey and salt. Let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water; add this to the warm milk. Add half the flour mixing well; add oil and remaining flour. Cover and set in a warm place to rise (about 1 hour). Knead using as little flour as possible. Cover and let rise on board until double in bulk (about 40 minutes). Shape in loaves and let stand about 30 minutes or until double in bulk. Bake 1 hour at 375º degrees. Makes 3 loaves.
