3 lbs turnips peeled and cut into sticks
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425'. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray. In a large bowl, toss turnips with oil until coated. Add Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika and onion powder to bowl and stir to coat turnips with spices. Spread turnips in an even layer on baking sheet, you may need two baking sheets. You don't want to crowd the turnips. Cook in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until crisp on the outside. Serve immediately.
