1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
16-18 large marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, soda and salt; beat into the creamed mixture. Drop by rounded tsp. 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for about 8 minutes. Press a marshmallow half cut side down on each cookie and bake two more minutes. When cool, frost with chocolate icing.
