3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
granulated garlic
2 lemons, juiced (if small, use 4)
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vermouth
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (14 ounce) canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Combine flour and salt and coat chicken breasts in mixture. Place chicken in skillet and sprinkle with granulated garlic (on each side). Cook until browned on each side, about 10 minutes.

2. Add the lemon juice, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, vermouth, bay leaf, and basil. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

3. Stir in artichoke hearts and continue simmering about 15 minutes more.

4. Mix the cornstarch and water together and add to skillet. Continue cooking until thickened, about 5 minutes.
