1 lb rotini macaroni or pasta of choice
4 carrots, shredded
1/3 c onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c mild cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
Dressing:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c sugar
1 c white vinegar
2 c mayo
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and drain, cool. Mix dressing ingredients together and toss into cooked pasta and add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
