2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 T horseradish
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 cup chopped dried beef
3/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Day before: In small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, blend cream cheese until smooth. Mix in horseradish, celery salt, and onion salt; add dried beef, mixing until well blended. Shape into ball. Wrap with waxed paper or plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight or until ball becomes firm. When firm reshape ball and roll in chopped parsley. Cover and refrigerate.
