1 c Graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Melted butter plus 2 Tbsp
1 1/2 c Sour cream
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
16 oz Cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c sugar and 1/4 c melted butter. Line the bottom of 8 or 9 inch springform pan, ungreased. Blend sour cream, 1/2 c sugar, eggs and vanilla with mixer for 1 minute. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Pour remaining 2 Tbsp butter into mix, then pour into springform pan. Bake in the lower 3rd of the oven for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan inside oven for 2 hours. Refrigerate 4 hours.
