Crust:
1 3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c finely chopped nuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c melted butter

Filling:
3 well beaten eggs
16 ounces cream cheese
3 c sour cream
1 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix crust ingredients for crust and press onto bottom and an inch up the sides of springform pan.
Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar & salt & beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream, vanilla, almond.
Pour into crust & bake in moderate oven (375º) for 35 minutes or until just set. Chill.

This is what I bring when I'm assigned dessert because I'm not much of a baker and it travels well. I found it works well with Splenda or Stevia. Also, it seems to take longer to bake for me so keep checking, you don't want the filling to crack on the top though.
