2 blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of mayo
1 jalapeņo diced (seeded if you like)
1 - 4oz can diced green chilies
1 package real bacon pieces (near salad dressings in the grocery store)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (HEB Habanero Jack cheese works well too)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place cream cheese in small baking dish and place in oven for five minutes
Remove cream cheese from oven and add mayo, combine until well mixed
Add remaining ingredients reserving 1/4 cup of Parmesan and a small amount of Bacon pieces and jalapeņo
Top the dip with remaining cheese bacon and jalapeņo
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered
Enjoy with Fritos or any other chip or cracker
