Bread Pudding Recipe

4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup Splenda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp.salt
3 1/2 slices dried bread, cut into cubes (approx. 2 1/2-3 cups)

Beat together all ingredients except for bread. Into a greased 8 inch baking dish, place the cubed bread. Pour egg mixture over the bread and make sure they are all wet. Bake in a 325 oven for 40-45 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean.
**I will sometimes use 2 large diced bagels instead of bread.
