1 9 inch pie top and bottom pie crust
1 cup carrots sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of celery soup
16oz sour cream
1&1/2 to 2 cups cooked chicken, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Steam all of the vegetables until desired tenderness. Mix soups and sour cream together. Add cooked chicken and vegetables. Mix well. Use mixture to fill pie crusts. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until pie crust is browned.
