1 pkg. stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 2/3 cup hot water
1/4 cup butter cut up
2 pkg.(10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained and pat dry.
1 cut grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion finely chopped
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 400º.Mix stuffing mix ,hot water and butter in large bowl until blended.
Add remaining ingredients ,mix lightly. Shape into 1" balls. Place single layers on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through and lightly brown.
