1 lb. fresh asparagus,trimmed
12 slices bacon
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes in oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Spray pan. Wrap 4 asparagus spears with a slice of bacon, leaving both ends of the asparagus unwrapped. Repeat till all are wrapped. Bake 18-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.Place on large platter ,sprinkle with sun dried tomatoes and serve.
