4 c sliced apples
2 c sugar
2c flour
1tsp salt
1/12 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
2/3 c oil
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Cover sliced apples with sugar let stand
Sift flour salt baking soda and cinnamon
Mix apples with flour mixture add oil vanilla and eggs put in greased 9 x 12 pan
Bake 350--35-50 minute
