6-8 chicken breasts, cut up and cook
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp onion powder
1 T soy sauce

Topping:
1 pkg Ritz crackers, crushed
2 T poppy seeds
1 cube melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together soup, sour cream, garlic pwd., onion pwd., and soy sauce. Stir in chicken. Pour into an 8x8 casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and spread on top of chicken mixture. Pour butter evenly over crackers. Sprinkle on poppy seeds.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Serve over cooked rice.
