3 lbs. beans
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
4 T prepared mustard
1 lb. bacon
1 medium onion

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the onion and cut up all the bacon (except for 3-4 strips). Mix all the ingredients in a large casserole bowl, laying the bacon strips on the top. Cover and bake at 350º for 2 1/2 hours and uncovered for an additional 1/2 hour. After letting the beans cool for a period of time, draw off the bacon fat with a turkey baster.
