1/2 c. butter
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Grease and flour 10" pie pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. This pie tastes like custard.
