Al's baked salmon Recipe

Drizzle of olive oil
Fresh dill or trader joes dill in the bottle
Lemon slices
2 pats of butter

A nice piece of salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Drizzle the olive oil in a shallow baking dish
Wash the salmon and pat dry....
Sprinkle on the dill and salt and pepper if you like
Put fish in baking dish skin side down
Lay lemon slices on top and the butter

Bake at º325 for about 1/2 hour or until the salmon flakes

Friday is fish day in our house. So anyone visiting gets to taste Al's salmon....it's delicious and healthy
Can be served with a baked sweet potato or russet potato ....yum
