1 T Soy Sauce
2 T oil
1 T Worchester Sauce
1 t lemon juice
2 T brown sugar
2 T ketchup

2 chicken breasts or pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl add all ingredients and stir until blended. Paint the meat with half of the marinade and refrigerate for 30 min or more.
Bake in oven at 350º for 12 min. Turn the meat over and add the rest of the marinade. Cook for another 12 min. until the temperature reaches 145 degrees for pork or 165 degrees for chicken Turn the oven up to broil and cook for min. to bring the sauce to a glaze consistency.
