Ingredients:

10 oz. soy sauce
3/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 c water
1 tsp liquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce
Round Steak

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into strips

Mix all other ingredients together and soak strips in the mixture overnight in the fridge.
Place on a cookie sheet and pepper them generously. Place in the oven on low temp -( abt. 100 degrees) w/ door slightly ajar (I insert a wooden spoon to let oven vent, slightly open).

Let dry for several hours -turning periodically to make sure both sides dry thoroughly. When dried, put in Ziplock bags and keep in fridge to store - or in the freezer to store longer.
