1 bag baby carrots(washed)
1 green and red pepper (red optional but use 2)
2 medium onions
1 small can mushrooms or 1 carton fresh (sliced) (optional)
Italian Dressing
Directions:
Directions:
In a baking dish place washed carrots,peppers sliced long ways, onions sliced in rings and mushrooms. Pour enough dressing to coat veggies.(not covered).Cover with foil and bake 350 or 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until veggies are done. Check regularly after 45 minutes to ensure burning doesn't occur. This goes good with steak off the grill.
