1 package ( 8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 small jar (2 ounces) diced pimentos, drained
2 tablespoons finely chopped ripe olives
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Assorted crackers

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese Stir in other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into a log. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
