¾ lb. white American cheese (get the Boers head or something like that; the good stuff)
¼ lb. sharp chedder
½ block cream cheese
½ and ½
1 small can diced green chilies
½ tsp. nutmeg

Mix all this in a small crock pot and cook on high till melted.
