1 c. Brussels sprouts, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil, approximately
garlic salt, salt and pepper, to taste
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
¾ c. Parmesan cheese, grated
½ c. Cheddar cheese, grated
½ c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
½ c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cut small pieces of Brussels sprouts, and green onions.
Sauté in olive oil till tender. Important, drain veggies and pat with paper towels, if too oily. Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, mix all four cheeses and mayonnaise.
Blend in the Brussels sprouts/green onion mixture.
Bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes.
