1 package Ramen Chicken Noodles
1 cup salted dry roasted sunflower seeds
1 package (16 ounces) cold slaw mix ( angel hair works best)
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 green pepper, chopped (1 cup)
Several stalks of celery, chopped

Dressing:
½ cup oil (¼ olive, ¼ vegetable)
¼ cup sugar
⅛ cup white vinegar
seasoning mix from noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasoning mix from noodles with oil, sugar and vinegar. Put in glass jar and shake well. Add vegetables to slaw mix and toss in dressing. Add noodles (broken up) 30 minutes before serving.
