4 cups sugar
2 lemons, juiced
4 cups water
46 oz. pineapple juice
16 oz. can frozen orange juice
6 bananas
1 liter 7-up

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar and water to dissolve sugar. Add orange juice to the heated liquid to cool it. Add lemon juice. In a blender, place 3 bananas and part of pineapple juice. Blend until completely smooth. Add to the other liquid. Repeat. Place in three freezer pans, cover and freeze.

To serve, slightly defrost a pan and break up with a fork. Place in serving bowl and add 1 liter of 7-up.
