1/2 cup rice
4 cups water
1/8 teaspoon salt
15 oz. evaporated milk + enough whole milk to make 4 cups liquid
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon. nutmeg
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring rice, water and salt to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes without a lid. Drain. In a bowl, mix together evaporated milk, whole milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Place in 9x13 pan. Add the rice and gently stir. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
