1 lb. butter
3 lbs. powdered sugar
24 oz. melting chocolate

Directions:
Cream peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually. Chill 15 minutes. Roll into 1” balls. In microwave carefully melt the chocolate taking caution to not over cook the chocolate (it will burn fast and turn hard & flaky). Using toothpicks, dip balls into chocolate mixture until almost covered (looking like “buckeyes”) and drop on waxed paper. Keep quite cold. 20 dozen.
