1/2c Raisins
1/2c Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2c Walnuts
1 1/2c Quick cooking rolled oats
3/4c All Purpose Flour
1/2tsp. Cinnamon
1/2tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 c Butter (1Stick-room temp)
1/2 c Dark Brown Sugar
1/2c Granulated Sugar
1 egg
1tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with foil. In a medium bowl combine walnuts, raisins, and chocolate chips and set aside. In a large bowl combine oats, flour, cinnamon, and baking soda and set aside. In another large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar on medium until smooth (about 3 min). Add vanilla and the egg. Gradually mix the oat mixture in with the butter mixture. Then mix in the raisin mixture. Cook for 10 minutes and cool for at least 2 minutes.
