1 lb. ground beef
1 (18 oz. bottle barbecue sauce)
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook beef, 1/2 cup onion til brown. Stir in BBQ sauce. Put into ungreased 13x9x2 dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix bisquick mix, eggs and milk together. Spread over top of mixture.Add remaining onions to top and bake 25 to 27 minutes until light golden brown.
