Ingredients:
4-6 apples – cored, peeled, and sliced
¼ cup white sugar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
¼ - ½ cup yellow or brown raisins
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup oatmeal (I use long cooking type)
½ cup flour (could use rice flour for gluten free)
¼ cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in casserole dish (8x8 or 9x9). Sprinkle 2+ Tbsp water over the apples. Mix ¼ cup white sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon and spread over apples. Mix raisins and walnuts onto apples. (I sometimes only put raisins/nuts on one side since some guests don’t like them…)
Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla together into loose crumbs. Sprinkle on top of apple mixture.
Bake at 350 for 60 min.
